SATOYTRADE WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Wholesale Rules and Requirements

• 1. The wholesale distribution side of SAToyTrade provides to bricks-and-motor stores and on-line shops with websites that are operational with a functioning e-commerce system (payment gateway).
• 2. SAToyTrade Wholesale only provide to businesses that are registered as a company or cc.
• 3. SAToyTrade Wholesale do not offer exclusivity to any Trader.
• 4. Orders are to be placed through the SAToyTrade Wholesale Portal.  Orders can only be placed for products having stock (thus CART only).  The minimum amount per order is R5 000 (excl VAT).
• 5. Payment is required in advance, payable online.  Orders based on the delayed EFT payment option will only be held for a period of 7 days (1 week) pending payment.
• 6. Goods can be delivered within South Africa for a fixed amount of R160 per order, either by SAToyTrade transport or a contracted third party.  Otherwise, the Goods can be collected by the SAToyTrade warehouse once payment in the bank has been confirmed. 

 

General

SAToyTrade cc is registered in South Africa and these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, will be exclusively governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

By accessing and using the SAToyTrade cc website, www.saytoytrade.co.za you agree to SAToyTrade terms and conditions in this document, as well as being cognisant of the SAToyTrade Privacy Policy. Should you not agree with the SAToyTrade Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, please do not use this website.

You agree that all activities that occur under your name or on your behalf on this website will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use this website under the guidance of your parent/guardian.

SAToyTrade cc reserves the right to update the website without notification. Should there be changes or amendments, you will be deemed to have agreed to such new terms and conditions by any subsequent use of this website. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check for changes regularly.

This website and the contents of this website may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or uploaded. Unauthorized speculative, false, or fraudulent use of the website or the contents or materials contained in it, is not allowed.

Although we aim to provide consistency with products displayed on our website, these images are for illustrative and information purposes only. The actual product may vary from images depicted, especially with regards to colour and dimensions.

 

Pricing

All SAToyTrade items are priced in South African Rand (ZAR) and are VAT inclusive, unless specified as VAT exclusive.  Prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice.

Should a product inadvertently be listed at the incorrect price, SAToyTrade cc reserves the right to cancel, revise or refuse any order based on the incorrect price.

SAToyTrade wholesale pricelists, internet account access information and pricing are restricted to authorised customers and potential customers. This information is to be treated as confidential and may not be released to unauthorised parties. Customer account usage is monitored, and detection of unauthorised account sharing will result in account suspension and/or legal action.

 

Quotes and pre-Orders

Pre-Orders (Quotations) can be made on special request and under specific conditions (e.g. product availability, import payment arrangements taking Rand Dollar conversion into account, standard versus specially requested products, etc).  Please contact info@satoytrade.co.za for specific requests.

We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. SAToyTrade cc reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

 

Payment

Payment is required in advance, payable online.

Orders based on the delayed EFT payment option will only be held for a period of 7 days (1 week) pending payment.  You will be provided with a pro forma invoice for payment by EFT or bank deposit within seven (7) days of the issue date. Proof of payment must be sent to fin@satoytrade.co.za.

Should stock items, for whatever reason (e.g. on-line ordering of available products within 10 minutes, products damaged, wrong stock count, etc) not be available when packed, SAToyTrade will contact you to make alternative arrangements. These arrangements include selecting alternative stock or waiting for the required stock to fill the order. Should we not be able to make alternative arrangements, you will be credited with the value of the outstanding stock.

 

Delivery

Orders can be delivered within South Africa for a fixed amount of R160 per order, either by SAToyTrade transport or a contracted third party.

Goods can be collected by the SAToyTrade warehouse once payment in the bank has been confirmed.

Conditions of Delivery:

• - Delivery arrangements will only be made once the payment reflects in the SAToyTrade bank account.
• - A valid physical delivery address must be provided.
• - Should the delivery address provided by you be incorrect, SAToyTrade cc will not be held liable for any losses or additional charges incurred.
• - Delivery by courier or postal services: You will be notified of your courier or postal services tracking number once your order has been collected. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as these services are outsourced.
• - SAToyTrade will not be held responsible for goods left by couriers without obtaining a signature where authority to leave the goods has been granted.
• - Please note that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will SAToyTrade accept responsibility for product damaged in transit if product has been signed for in good order and condition.
• - Should your order arrive with obvious shipping damage, the following must be done:

• · Indicate the number of boxes and or parcels damaged on the delivery note of the delivery company
• · Take photos of the damaged boxes and products, preferably while the delivery company is still there.
• · Contact SAToyTrade immediately and send the photos within 24 hours of receipt of delivery to SAToyTrade, either by e-mail to (log@satoytrade.co.za) or by WhatsApp (071 864 0372).

 

Returns

Should your product be unsatisfactory or defective, we will arrange with you to replace it or credit you for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Report damaged, incorrect or missing items to us by e-mail (log@satoytrade.co.za) or by WhatsApp (071 864 0372) within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
